Multi-factor Authentication Use Case GoodX offers multi-factor authentication (MFA) to all practices for their user account logins. MFA is enabled by the practice at their discretion. MFA authentication methods will be a combination of username and password, push notification to registered device, User fob (security key) or station fob (security key).

The following outlines all costs and fees (fixed, recurring, transaction-based, or otherwise) associated with purchasing, licensing, implementing, maintaining, upgrading, using, or supporting GoodX’s certified health IT capabilities or any EHI generated through their use. Base Subscription (First Treating Provider)

Monthly fee for one treating provider, including full access to certified functionalities (e.g., EHI export, family health history, audit logs, multi-factor authentication, secure EHI access). Covers unlimited patients, scheduling, clinical notes, and patient records management. It includes staff accounts, document management, scheduling, workflow management and patient portal $395/month
Additional Treating Provider Monthly fee per additional treating provider (e.g., clinicians, specialists) with equivalent access to certifi ed features. Scalable for multi-provider practices. Discount may apply $245/month per provider
One-Time Implementation Fee One-time fee for setup, configuration, and training on certified functionalities (e.g., EHI workflows, audit reporting, patient portal setup). Waived for annual prepayment. Custom workflows can occur additional costs and on site implementation handholding will have S&T fees quoted separately. $750 one-time
Communication Package (Optional) Unlimited SMS and email for patient communications (e.g., EHI notifi cations under § 170.315(e)(3), appointment reminders) per treating provider. Without this package, per-message fees apply. Includes patient portal integration for EHI access/amendments. **Fair use applies $25/month
Clearinghouse Package (Optional) Electronic claims submission package per treating provider, eligibility checks, and EHI-related billing workfl ows. Without this package, per-claim fees apply. Supports secure EHI exchange for billing. **Fair use applied. $65/month

EHI-Specific Cost Details

Access, Exchange, and Use of EHI: No additional fees beyond the base/additional provider subscriptions for viewing, downloading, or exchanging EHI (e.g., § 170.315(b)(10) EHI Export).

Auditable Events, Tamper-Resistant, and Audit Reports (§ 170.315(d)(2), (d)(3)): These functionalities are included in all subscriptions at no additional cost.

● Accounting of Disclosures (§ 170.315(d)(11)): Included in all subscriptions.

● Custom Audit Reports: Custom audit report exports beyond standard limits are available at $25/report.

● Amendments and Emergency Access (§ 170.315(d)(4), (d)(6)): Included in subscriptions; no per-event fees apply.

● Security Features (§ 170.315(d)(1), (d)(5), (d)(7), (d)(9), (d)(12), (d)(13)): Authentication, access control, automatic log-off, end-user device encryption, trusted connections, and multi-factor authentication are included at no extra cost.

● Family Health History and Patient Information Capture (§ 170.315(a)(12), (e)(3)): Included in subscriptions; no additional fees for capturing or accessing data via the patient portal.

● Quality Management and Accessibility (§ 170.315(g)(4), (g)(5)): Maintenance, updates, and WCAG 2.1-compliant accessibility features are included in subscriptions without surcharges.
